Our website processes your enquiry on our hosting server and emails it to Bluecore Media. We use your contact details and project information to respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive resident information.

Spam protection

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help distinguish legitimate enquiries from automated spam. Google processes technical information, such as your IP address, browser information and interactions with this website, and may set a necessary cookie for risk analysis. This service is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our server verifies a reCAPTCHA token before sending an enquiry.

Website analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources and actions such as completing an estimate or successfully sending an enquiry. Analytics may process device and browser information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We do not send the name, email address, town or message entered into our enquiry form to Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Analytics only loads after you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or submitting an enquiry. Google processes analytics data under its Privacy Policy.
